In the time of increasing care of environment, assembly and a waste collecting and processing becomes a number one problem. For the solution of this noble problem JSC “BZPI” has mastered production of polyethylene containers for separate collection of solid domestic wastes. Our company is the pioneer in this area in the territory of Belorus. We offer the following plastic containers: for waste collection both in private sectors, and from garbage chutes in multistory dwellings, and on special areas at houses without garbage chutes. Taking into account world experience, we have designed a number of containers in volume 120, 240, 700 litres. The container of 700 litres is equipped with special arms for discharge in garbage truck.

Containers for collection of solid domestic wastes manufactured by JSC “BZPI” have the following advantages: big volume at small weight, high fixity, application comfort and movability. Taking into consideration the fact, that the containers material is permitted to contact food, the containers can be successfully applied in various sorts of food production (pickling, storage etc.) .

System of separate collection includes number of containers of various volume (3 variants) and various colours (6 colours) for collecting of various types of waste.

Application conditions of containers range from — 40 ºС to + 40 ºС.

Life cycle of containers — 10 years from the date of manufacturing, under keeping of storage conditions and exploitation.

In storage and operation conditions containers do not secrete  toxic substances into environment and do not render damage effect on a human body at direct contact. Containers are not toxic, explosion-proof.

Extrusion line for polymeric packing production was started up in Belarus

At the end of 2008 company Carnevalli together with Terra Print have realized a large project in the field of  plastic film production — the extrusion line Carnevalli Polaris COEX 3 PO was opened up at BZPI.

The project is of country importance to the full, after all, with start of the new giant, the factory will manage completely to meet the  requirements of republican agricultural productions for polymeric sleeves for rolled grain storage this year. Productivity of the line — 3 thousand tons of film a year. The new equipment make possible to produce three-layer polyethylene film with width up to 3 m. «General requirement for this sort of packing  is now being specified by Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production, — said BZPI. — We are ready to supply it completely».

Besides sleeves for grain storage, the new equipment can produce film packaging materials for various purposes, including hotbed, integumentary, etc. The film has three layers, each can be possibly  added by special components for receiving of certain properties. For example, the polymeric sleeve for rolled grains should be white outside for heating resistance under the sun, and black inside to supply the best preservation of grain. Besides, the outer layer should be light-proof, that is reached by adding light stabilizers. Hotbed films need to contain antifog additives that prevent formation of large water drops on the film surface.

All extruders series Polaris have screws with patented geometry for the best material plastification and are characterised by high efficiency and low power consumption per unit. On-off systems of filter change have temperature and pressure detectors. Blowing ring has the system of flues and hollownesses, offers wide opportunities of position adjustment, distribution and transmissive capacity for optimum conditions of sleeve chilling. Motionless trilaminar co-extrusion head is characterised by optimum geometry of channels, equal paths and residence times of layers, absence of hold-up areas. all parametres of work of the line are displayed on control panel for operative supervisory control of a production process.

The new extrusion complex has been completed by slitter-rewinding machine SRC 645-CS, providing optimum quality and productivity. The equipment also has been delivered by Terra Print Group.

BZPI was founded in 1965. The factory is a part of “Belneftekhim” concern and specializes in production of plastic items of technological appointment,  consumer goods, plastic film and pipes.
